What has the dog spotted?

Bleaugh...

Not been well.  And, there's been all this dodgy weather.  Potty!

New internet connection is ok.  Not gone to plan, but that would be the story of my life....sigh...

Eyesight seems to be shot, too.  All this good news!   Can you take it?   lol

Well, talking of neighbours....we have Big Ears on one side...and not so nice ones on the other.  NOW....we have a bit of a diversion.

SPOOK IN THE HOUSE!!!

The dog will not be left alone.  No No No!!!!!  Doesn't like the downstairs.

Will not stay in the kitchen.   AND.... no amount of 'You will do as you are told' will do.

Nope.

Wherever we go, she goes.  She is glued to my side.     As previously mentioned, she has bulldozed her way through a mighty strong dog gate.  She just pants and stresses for England.  She either stays by my side..or goes under the bed or dining table.

The cats growl on occasion....and they seem to prefer to be upstairs.

Well...a previous resident, apparently, passed over in the house.  Elderly gentleman.

Now, we have a fitted glass cupboard in the living room and I have noticed that one of the doors opens....usually about 3am. (been kipping downstairs 'cos of the rabble that's moved in next door).  Well, the day before we had our new phone line installed, we bought a new phone.  Took it out of the box and put it on the coffee table.  We had no phone connection or anything.   Well, bugger me....it started bleeping at....3am   Argh...   Safe to say that I nearly pooped my pants,

Junior sleeps with all the lights on that are available to her..plus she has with her  her arsenal of clawy, bad-tempered mogs...all eleven of 'em!!!

Me.. it's just me and the dog in my bedroom...Up to press, the dog is the one kipping under the bed!
Ay, never a dull moment.

Ironic thing is...we have a cat (one of the Old Ladies) who is called... Spooky.

Lol. The old man was a bit of a recluse, apparently. Didn't bother anybody. Shall have to find out a bit more about him and report back.
Re the neighbours..I just like to sit in the garden and not be spied on. One side is a serial penker...Wants to know EVERYTHING that's going on. Must be a 'power' thing. We always seem to be 'watched' and it really gets on my mammaries...so rude..so I have in the past offered up some 'sign language'..so relations are cool..which is a shame...but we still get spied on and listened to. It's dead obvious. The other side dropped some of their roof on ours (courtesy of their builders) damaged it and they won't repair/pay for repairs or even acknowledge the damage. Generally they want their own way with stuff that affects us and so we get intimidated for standing our ground. Sly stuff, like they park their car about 3 inches away from mine. They want a fence but I won't get rid of the hedge...so they seem to let their dogs out whenever we're out in the garden. They say they're 'travellers' and that they're not like the others, whatever that means! When they moved in we got the 'poor us, nobody likes us' shpeel. Went out of my way to be nice to them..even brought their bin in..week in week out...Never got a thank you! It's the younger adults who are obnoxious. I don't give a stuff about ethnic origins, just hate bad mannered, selfish players.

There. You did ask! lol
